Privacy Policy
The short version: Lucid does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal health data. All data stays on your device and in your iCloud account. We have no servers. We see nothing.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Reach Point Lab ("we," "our," or "us"), a division of Reach Point Capital LLC, handles your information in connection with the Lucid iOS application ("the App").
Lucid is built on the same principles as all Reach Point Lab apps: your health data is yours. We do not collect, sell, or analyze it.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Any health, wellness, or biometric data you log or view in the App
- Apple Health / HealthKit data of any kind
- Your name, email address, or any account credentials
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
- Usage analytics, crash reports sent to our servers, or behavioral telemetry
3. Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter in Lucid is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. If you enable iCloud sync, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud account — governed entirely by Apple's own Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
4. HealthKit Integration
Lucid integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health data relevant to its features. This integration is subject to Apple's HealthKit terms.
- Lucid will request your explicit permission before accessing any HealthKit data.
- HealthKit data is used only to display information within the App and to sync entries to Apple Health.
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
- HealthKit data is never shared with any third party, including analytics providers.
5. Third-Party Services
Lucid does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or data brokers. The only external framework used is Apple's own HealthKit, which is governed by Apple's privacy practices.
6. Children's Privacy
Lucid is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not collect your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. To remove data from your device, delete the App or clear data through iOS Settings. To remove data from Apple Health, use the Health app directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at reachpointlab.com/privacy/lucid. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
